BADÖKSAN Metallurgy Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. has been producing various copper alloys in accordance with material and production standards since 1996 as well as carrying on research and development.

Copper Crom Zirkonium (CuCrZr), Copper Cobalt Beryllium (CuCoBe), Copper Beryllium alloys (CuBe2, CuBe1.7, ….etc), Copper Nickel Silisyum (CuNiSi+Cr), Tin Bronzes, Aliminium Bronzes and special Brasses are some of our products.

All of our products are melted using an induction melting process and cast with optimal casting methods like centirifugal casting, chill casting, sand casting,…etc.

Hot forging with beetle and friction, heat treatment, rough machining (lathe, milling, borwerk), sensitive machining (CNC machining department) take place in our production flow.

Furthermore, our products are controlled with spectral analysis, hardness measurement, electrical conductivity and yield strength tests.
